A little catch up

I have been so bad lately! School and life get way too busy, but I need to find time to post on here! Anyway, David is now 10 months old! I can't believe how fast these past months have flown by. He is the best though! He crawls around like a champ now, and loves pulling himself up on anything he can grab on to. He is finding his balance without holding on now, so walking is in the near future. He has 4 teeth now, and eats basically everything we do. He is the happiest baby and we love him so much!

Here is his 9 month picture...it was about the best I could do. He doesn't hold still for anything!

Some of the faces he makes are so funny. Here is his evil troublemaker grin

He loves books! I just joined Usborne books as a consultant and am excited to really teach David the value of books.

The weather has been incredible, so we have done lots of good walking. He loves being outside!

Such a cute little goof :)

David gets lots of good cousin time with Tyson. Tys is 6 weeks younger, but a whole lot bigger than David!

Not a very clean eater...notice the spaghetti sauce in his eyelashes.

10 whole months! Unbelievable.

David's second haircut

I cut Jeff's hair today, and decided David needed another haircut too! We used the buzzer this time, but David wasn't too sure what he thought about it.

Daddy and David today

I love these boys!

The little guy is 8 months old today...and boy! He is such a little man. He has been the best baby so far, and we love him more than anything!

A holiday trip to Pittsburgh

My parents are serving as mission president and wife in Pittsburgh, PA right now, and we got to go visit them for almost 2 weeks over Christmas break. It was so much fun! We had 6 out of the 8 children there, which made for lots of fun times.

This was our first plane ride together, and the very first for David! He was such a champ...slept most of the time!

Looking super handsome with his new haircut. Looking back, I don't know why we waited so long to cut it...hopefully he won't get too mad in the future when looking back at pictures!

The view of Pittsburgh from the incline.

Jeff was super interested in how the incline worked.

   The view from Mt. Washington.

My handsome guy....I'm a lucky woman!

The weather was amazing while we were there- hitting the 50s often! We spent some good time outside whether it was hiking, going to the park, or playing tennis.

Cousin time was plentiful. And boy, are they fun ones! Marguerite is a gem- such a beautiful little soul growing up so fast. Colette is a hoot...the biggest source of entertainment in the house the entire stay. And Romy Danda is just a sweetheart with the happiest little personality. We loved being with them!

"Can somebody PLEASE take my picture?"
"It's not working!"
Mallory was there too...we like her. It is so cute how much bigger she is than David although she is 8 weeks younger. She is a little chunk of cuteness though!

Andrew, of course, was there for entertaining as well. It was nice to hear him play that violin again! And Colette had to join in by running around him and dancing in her pioneer dress.

We took one day to meet up with Jessica, Jeff's sister, from Arlingington! We went and had lunch, and just chatted for a while...it was so nice to catch up with her because we don't get to see her much!

We definitely are going to make another trip to this beautiful place...We loved it!
